Lagu ini aku denger pagi tadi lewat Ramako di acara "OKE" - Obrolan Kang Ebet (Kadarusman). Karena acara ini akan di evaluasi (istirahat) selama 2 bulan dan takut nggak denger acara ini - yang mengakomodir penyanyi rumahan untuk ON AIR, maka disambi ngerjain tugas domestic sebelum ngantor, aku pasang telinga sampai terdengar lagu ini...

Lagu ini, aslinya dinyanyikan oleh penyanyi Earl Grant di th 50an sampe awal 60an. Aku suka banget lagu oldies (udah cerita ya?, hehe..). Earl Grant nggak hanya punya suara yang bagus (khas penyanyi berkulit hitam), tapi dia juga piawai main piano, trumpet dan drum, hasil sekolah musiknya plus bakat. Kebayang kan musikalitas seorang Grant?...

Suaranya yang berat (duh itu suara....), ditambah lirik yang bikin dada mak lesssss...bikin hati luluh lantak, membuat pendengar harus duduk nyaman, merem, dengerin lagu ini.
Dan.... kebayang indahnya pelangi diujung sana......
